Snake
Eat, grow, don't bite yourself. The old phone classic.
Today's board
How to play
Steer the snake to the food. Every bite makes it two cells longer and is worth 10 points plus the number of bites so far: 11, then 12, then 13…
Hitting a wall or your own body ends the game. The snake keeps moving at a steady speed, so plan your turns early. You can queue up to two turns ahead.
The snake waits until your first move. Easy is a 12×12 board at 4.5 cells a second, Normal 14×14 at 6, Hard 16×16 at 8.
| Keyboard | Arrow keys or WASD. Up to two turns can be queued. |

Tips & strategy
- Points grow with every bite (11, 12, 13…), so staying alive is worth more than racing to the food.
- You can queue two turns. Tap the second turn early when you need a U-turn next to a wall.
- Once the snake is long, sweep the board in rows like a lawnmower. The tail always leaves a safe lane behind you.
- Never chase food into a dead-end pocket. If the body walls off a corner, take the long way around.
