Why 80%?
Every pair starts at 46. Then each letter adds points: E/I (how you hang out): both I → +14 · S/N (what you talk about): S and N → +2 · T/F (how you handle drama): both T → +8 · J/P (who plans): P and J → +10. 46 + 14 + 2 + 8 + 10 = 80.
