Which Dog Breed Are You?
Dog breed personality
Siberian Husky
You've never met a long road you didn't want to run.
A Siberian Husky personality is adventurous and expressive: endless energy, a love of open spaces and big feelings — said out loud, at volume, to everyone.
It's you if…
- Your “quick walk” turned into a 15-kilometre hike. Again.
- You narrate your feelings in real time, with sound effects.
- Cold weather makes you happier than it makes anyone else.
The surprise
Huskies are excellent team players. All that independence comes from dogs bred to pull together — you're at your best as part of a crew.
Best matchBorder CollieThey need a job, you need an adventure. Give them a map and you'll cross a continent together.Worst matchDachshundThey like a cozy armchair and the same street every day. You keep looking at the horizon. What the breed was made for
Siberian huskies descend from sled dogs bred by the Chukchi people of northeastern Siberia to pull light loads over long distances in extreme cold. In 1925, relay teams of sled dogs, many of them Siberian huskies, carried diphtheria antitoxin across Alaska to the town of Nome — the “serum run” that made dogs like Balto and Togo famous.
